I am an Herbalist based in the west metro of the Twin Cities, Minnesota. I take a heart-centered, whole-body, and whole-life quantum approach that is centered around empowering people along their healing journey. I am available for private consultations and provide my clients with handcrafted herbal products from plants I have sustainably harvested. I have expanded my offerings to include high quality supplements that work well with herbs.

 

I put my busy accounting career aside in 2011 to focus on the health and well-being of myself and my two boys. Inspired by the profound healing experienced by my family through various natural healing modalities, I made the transition to herbalism and wellness coaching. I love teaching interactive herbal and wellness classes that integrate all of the senses.
